For Fundación Sonrisas Sostenibles, impact means turning community listening into evidence, evidence into management, and management into verifiable results. This page will grow as projects generate new documented results.

FROM DIAGNOSIS TO MANAGEMENT

The flood characterization did not end with data collection. The evidence made it possible to formally present the identified needs to the municipal administration.

Part of our current work consists of formulating, prioritizing and coordinating initiatives. To maintain transparency, we separate already documented results from goals that still belong to the future.
