This space presents verifiable progress on programs, projects and management processes of Fundación Sonrisas Sostenibles. We distinguish what has been completed, what is under development and what remains in coordination.
MANAGEMENT OVERVIEW
Information is updated progressively as new milestones, institutional responses, activities or documented results occur.
The initiative was formally submitted, an interinstitutional call was made, and a coordination roundtable was documented as part of its development process.
Institutional management for I.E. 20 de Julio and Colegio Interamericano was documented, including the initial request, escalation to the Municipality and a conceptual intervention proposal.
The community characterization of 18 families in La Vega and Bijao was completed, and the results were taken into institutional management to promote coordinated actions addressing the identified needs.
The Foundation has documented a sequence of requests and follow-ups with the Municipality, Municipal Planning Office and Aguas de El Bagre S.A. E.S.P. The case remains under institutional follow-up, without claiming a solution that has not yet been verified.
HOW WE REPORT
Until an institutional indicator methodology is in place, we use progress statuses that can be supported by documentation.
The initiative is being structured and documented.
There are formal actions, meetings, requests or partnerships under development.
Activities have been implemented and there is verifiable evidence of their development.
The planned product or activity has been completed and its results can be reported.
